Ingredients

  • 4 Skinless Salmon Filets
  • ½ Cup Sunflower Flour
  • ½ Tbsp Each:
    -Garlic Powder
    -Onion Powder
    -Black Pepper
    -Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (More/Less to Taste)
  • Sunflower Oil for Brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
  • Dry Salmon Filets
  • Brush oil on salmon
  • Dredge salmon in sunflower mixture
  • Place on foil or parchment lined baking pan
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until done to your preference
  • Serve up however you like!
