Baked Spicy Sunflower Encrusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 Skinless Salmon Filets
- Ā½ Cup Sunflower Flour
- Ā½ Tbsp Each:
-Garlic Powder
-Onion Powder
-Black Pepper
-Kosher Salt - 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (More/Less to Taste)
- Sunflower Oil for Brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Dry Salmon Filets
- Brush oil on salmon
- Dredge salmon in sunflower mixture
- Place on foil or parchment lined baking pan
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until done to your preference
- Serve up however you like!
