Ingredients

Mix all dry ingredients on a medium bowl:

  • 1 1/2 cups of organic rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups of Sunflower flour
  • 1 tbsp of organic turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp of organic ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp of organic cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of collagen peptide protein – no flavor – from Vital Proteins
  • 3 tbsp of hemp protein from Nutiva

Add all liquid ingredients:

  • 3 cups of egg whites
  • 1 ½ cups of almond milk (or another milk)
  • Liquid Stevia – optional
  • 2 cups of berries of choice – could be another fruit (I use frozen blueberry)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat over to 325F
  2. Mix all dry ingredients first
  3. Add liquid + fruit ingredients
  4. Mix all very well until there are no more lumps
  5. Oil spray (coconut) a 9×13 Pyrex container
  6. Pour content and bake it for about 40-50 minutes or until the “bake” is hardened

Allow it to cool and cut it into 8 “squares”. It freezes really well! Top with 4 OZ of yogurt or kefir, with 2 spoons of hemp seed butter (or another seed/nut butter).
