Ingredients
Mix all dry ingredients on a medium bowl:
- 1 1/2 cups of organic rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups of Sunflower flour
- 1 tbsp of organic turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp of organic ginger powder
- 1 tbsp of organic cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 tbsp of collagen peptide protein – no flavor – from Vital Proteins
- 3 tbsp of hemp protein from Nutiva
Add all liquid ingredients:
- 3 cups of egg whites
- 1 ½ cups of almond milk (or another milk)
- Liquid Stevia – optional
- 2 cups of berries of choice – could be another fruit (I use frozen blueberry)
Instructions
- Pre-heat over to 325F
- Mix all dry ingredients first
- Add liquid + fruit ingredients
- Mix all very well until there are no more lumps
- Oil spray (coconut) a 9×13 Pyrex container
- Pour content and bake it for about 40-50 minutes or until the “bake” is hardened
Allow it to cool and cut it into 8 “squares”. It freezes really well! Top with 4 OZ of yogurt or kefir, with 2 spoons of hemp seed butter (or another seed/nut butter).
