Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup hemp seed milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extra
  • A loose ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 ½ cup sunflower flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350, and prepare a loaf pan with coconut oil, set aside

In a large bowl mash banana until almost smooth

Stir wet ingredients in with the banana until combined, then add dry ingredients to the same bowl

Distribute dough into loaf pan evenly

Bake for 45 minutes until firm to the touch

Let it cool.
