Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Sunflower Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried basil

Instructions

Combine above ingredients in a bowl. Dip your food into beaten eggs first then into Sunflower mix. Substitute
1 tablespoon flax to 3 tablespoons of almost-boiling water for vegans. Pan sear with oil and finish in oven. Can

be used for breading meats and vegetables.
