Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 Oz sun butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (heaping)
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup kosher nondairy white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted almonds
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup truvia brown sugar baking blend
  • 1 cup sunflower flour
  • 1/4 cup flax meal

Instructions

  1. Combine wet ingredients (truvia brown sugar blend, sun butter, egg)
  2. Combine dry ingredients blended together
  3. Stir both until a “granola dough” is formed
  4. Flatten into a greased foil lined 9X13 baking sheet
  5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
  6. Cool and cut
